I'm heartbroken
to let you all know that dear beautiful Trixie passed away unexpectedly
on Tuesday 15th November 2005.
|
Trixie joined my piggy family on 24th September 2000 at 3 months. She was beautiful, with lovely dark eyes. She was a headstrong, very gentle and opinionated pig ! She came from very esteemed stock, being one of Paddington's daughters [of PG's GP's fame]. Although as you can see she didn't take after 'dad' looks wise ;o)

Trixie had an extremely strong pair of lungs on her. When breakfast was due, as soon as she heard me get out of bed in the morning, I heard a tremendous WHEEK which continued until I ran around organising her vegetables, then when I went into the lounge she was up on her back legs, nose in the air almost beside herself with anticipation ! She was full of character and very photogenic, displaying her beautiful pink pount and wonderful dark eyes to their very best !

A feisty, opinionated and lovable piggy.... queen of the 'gormless' expression she was also Billy's chief 'eye-washer' - wasn't she the pinkest-nosest sweetie-pie !
