Allyson was a beautiful chocolate piggie, she came to live with me along with her sister Felicity on Thursday 30th May 2002 aged approx 4 and a half years old. She had a very gentle and loving nature and was a joy to cuddle.

After Allyson's sister Felicity passed away she settled in very well to the main pen with the other Wheekies, there were no squabbles and they all looked after her very well - she was the old lady of the gang. Billy especially was extrememly protective of her and ran gallantly to guard her if an intruder [my hand] entered the pen ! Allyson was very friendly and docile and loved to chortle away whilst being cuddled and stroked, I would have trusted her with anyone, not a bad bone in her.

Due to Ally's advancing years, at floor-time she came out of the pen and did a sedate lap of the room or two then trundled back and settled snuggly in the hay and munched away whilst the others were charging around. They regularly popped back in to check she was ok or give her a little lick or nuzzle and sometimes she was lured out for another lap.
