Big News !! * 25/02/01 * - Whee have a new Wheekie !!! I have just bought home a new Wheekie - she weighs 10oz - so teeny !! She's a black crested piggy with a little cream patching over her shoulders - she'll be 'in quarantine' for 3 wheeks then she can go join the others, she is in wheeking distance though so they can 'talk' to each other !!! No piccies yet, but I'll post as soon as I have some.

So far this month: Whee have -

• Just been having a bit of a fiddle around with menu's & things - gradually linking each page in order to each other to make the navigation easier ! Eventually I want to have each page linked in order from the beginning all the way through to the end - so you can either scroll through the site (stopping at each section menu) or go via each menu from the contents page - then on every page there is the option to go back to the homepage / contents page.
• Whee've added a few more pics to illustrate some of our 1st aid stuff & nailclippers & hair cutting equipment.
• Whe're going to grow Mop's hair for a few months as whee have forgotten what it is like long & Moppy !! Here she is now - let's see how she changes:

• Whee have some new Guest Piggies - John's piggies on their hols !
• Made some updates to the syringe feeding page following some further advice received.
• I've been to Cyprus on holiday for a wheek - so, whee have some more Guest Piggies - Cyprus Piggies !! Thanks to Kathryn who emailed me to tell me where to find them ! :o)
• Whee've had the counter now for 4 months - it's at 1266 !

Happy New Year from me & the Wheekies !

Latest update on Mouse (09/01/01) - Mouse has put on 3oz and is now 2lb 3oz - Whee are all very proud of her and declare her 99.9% fit & well !

On the 12/01/01 Mouse got the all-clear from Vedra at the CCT - so did Trixie for her slight limp on her front left paw !! All 3 Wheekies had a good 'once over' and all got wormed (with Panacur).

Human Hands the hamster celebrated her First Birthday on Saturday 13/01/01 - she had a lovely birthday and a great big treat stick - here she is enjoying it !!

So far this month: Whee have -

• Added a new GROOMING section on Shampooing your piggy / Cutting her hair & Cutting her nails !!
• Made some updates to Links & other odds & ends.
• Added a section on Syringe Feeding your piggy should she become ill and unable to eat.
• Trixie can be seen in a boat at Debbie & the Seaside Piggies again - see if you can see her !!
• Whee have also added a section on weighing your piggy's and ideas for record keeping.
• Made a few updates to the housing page and added a section on entertaining your piggy.
• Whee've had the counter now for 3 months - it's at 781 !
• Whee have a new Guest Piggy ! Click here to meet Simba.
• Added a new Piggy in the Sky page in memory of little Squirt, who left us in December 1999 - I was feeling bad at leaving her out as she was the second Wheekie, so I am very happy to be able to include her.
• I've finally got around to loading up the Buying a New Piggy - Checklist.
• Had a play around with the menu pages
